Leadership Team

Erick Fernandez is founder & senior Pastor of TruthFirstMissions. He is overseeing & coordinating the different outreaches this ministry conducts whether locally or abroad. His vision is to see a last day harvest, with the goal not only to win souls but to make disciples of Jesus Christ everywhere he engages people.

 Leesa Fernandez is vice president of Truth First Missions & head counselor of The Fruit of Her Hands ministry, this is a Christ-centered women's counseling ministry that focuses on identifying women's issues where healing and restoration is needed through The Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Phillip is our national director of India affairs. He is in charge of logistics, overseeing outreaches & evangelistic crusades. Right now, he is in pursuit of his is M.Div. at Ebenezer Theological Seminary, he is also an Evangelist that conducts various meetings in various provinces in India.

Tradd is an ordained Evangelist, an Intercessory team leader & board director. He utilizes his time reaching the lost in Charleston, South Carolina with the Gospel & leads our global prayer meeting every Sunday @ 8pm Eastern.  He also has his own ministry platform called "Washed in His blood". Evangelist Tradd reaches out to college campuses as well & is involved with feeding the homeless in his local community. He has a beautiful family, married to his wife Michelle & raising his daughter Ansley in South Carolina.
