Intercessory prayer is defined as the act of praying to God on behalf of oneself or others. This is the definition for those of us who are Christian believers. The Lord Jesus is constantly interceding on our behalf in Heaven. As intercessors, we will petition our needs before the Lord because the prayer of the Saints will move the hand of God in accordance with his will. When I did a search for the word “pray”, it came up within 125 verses. This alone shows the very importance of prayer to God.

Every Sunday @ 8pm eastern & every Wednesday @ 9pm eastern we conduct a prayer call with our group of intercessors. This prayer call is open to all that are willing to bring their petitions before The Lord. This prayer meeting is conducted on messenger through the Facebook platform.

Our intercessory team will be glad to bring your prayers before the Lord. We should be praying for one another, especially in the current times we find ourselves living in. It is what will keep us going in the days ahead. Make no mistake, we are in the last days. We need to be strong in prayer, interceding for one another. 1 Peter 3:12- “For the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous and his ears are open to their prayer. But the Lord’s face is against those who do evil.”

I’ve seen prayer bless my life in many ways. God has delivered me from so many situations through prayer. Whether it was something that I brought on myself or purely an attack from the enemy, God has answered my prayers many times. The bible says to be devoted in prayer, Col 4:12. So the importance of prayer in the believer's life is paramount.
